1. General

The products on our website are for sale to persons dealing as consumers only, they are not intended for re-sale. The Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties. These terms and conditions are incorporated in any contract between us, being under current UK Law and if there is any dispute the UK Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.


2. Terms of Use Agreement

By accessing our website website and/or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then you must not use or access this website or any of the materials displayed on it. Your continued access or use of this website will constitute your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as they may be amended in absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice to you.


3. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update our Terms and Conditions as and when it is required, without prior notice. Any such amendments will immediately apply to the use of the site.


4. Delivery

  1. Delivery of the products you order will be made to the address you specify in the check out procedure when placing your order. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
  1. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges incurred.
  1. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
  1. Please note that the address you specify should be the registered card address. 
  1. If you require a separate delivery address please supply this information at the time of placing your order. The method we use to deliver your order will vary depending on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.



5. Description of Products

The description and specification of products on this website are based on published literature and supplied to us by the manufacturers of the specific products. Manufacturers are continually updating product specifications and whilst we will endeavour to keep product descriptions up to date, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies with regard to these products or images.  We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale or correct any errors appearing on the website without incurring any liability. We may also make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.  Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.



6. Cancelling Orders

  1. You may cancel your order by notifying us by email or telephone on 0758 2027428 at any time prior to your order being posted. The cancellation request is only effected once received and confirmation of the request has been received. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
  2. If, after we have dispatched the products, you cancel your order you must return the products, unopened and in their original packaging in good condition, to our store address (see contact us). The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will be refunded (less 15% for restocking) only when the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service.  Any refund will be the value of your order excluding the postage and packaging costs.
  3. You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.


7. Prices and Payments

  1. The product price is the price quoted on the Web Site at the time your order is accepted.
  2. In addition, unless your order qualifies for free delivery (see delivery information) charges for delivery will apply as quoted on the Web Site at the time we accept your order.
  3. Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order.  (The cards we accept are as listed in the Web Site). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit or debit card. We operate a fully secure website, supporting the Internet standard of Secure Socket Layers or SSL to ensure that the transmission of your sensitive information cannot be intercepted or decoded.
  4. Although every care is taken over the accuracy of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and products may be priced incorrectly. Should this occur we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.


8. Promotional Offers

Promotional product offers are usually available for a limited period and while stocks last. Should we receive your order after the offer period has expired and the goods are no longer available under that particular offer we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Refunds for products purchased as a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.



9. Credit Card Payments will be authorised and charged during the check-out procedure. If, for any reason, we discover any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply, the cost of your order will be adjusted accordingly and we will refund any unavailable items within seven days of taking the payment.  Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card.



10. Debit Card Payments will be charged and debited at the time of placing the order. If we discover any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will refund these items within seven days of taking the payment.  Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your debit card



11. Online Orders

Products may be ordered from this website by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. A confirmation of your order will be sent by email to the address you have provided. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) constitutes a contract between us. By placing an order you agree to accept our terms and conditions.  Orders are normally dispatched within 1 - 2 working days if goods are in stock. If you need goods urgently and wish to pay for special delivery, please contact us on telephone number 01803 868733  to discuss your requirements.



12. Online Registration

When registering online with www.kidink.co.uk,  please ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate, true,  current, and complete in all respects. You should notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details on www.kidink.co.uk.  Should you encounter any problems in doing this, please contact through our feedback form or telephone number provideed on our website for assistance.

On entering the site you will be asked to create a password.  When creating your password, choose one that is memorable to yourself but not obvious to others.  It is important that you keep this password confidential and you must not disclose it or share it with anyone as you will be responsible for any activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us. You will subsequently be asked to set yourself an alternative password.  By using this site you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name.

14. Customer Satisfaction

We hope you will be happy with your purchase.  However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from Kid Ink you must return the item(s) to us, informing us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product.

If it is necessary, Kid Ink will contact the suppliers/manufacturers on your behalf and investigate your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will keep you up to date and informed of our progress.

If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery it will be replaced by Kid Ink, but we may request that the damaged items be returned to us before issuing the replacement. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the items are damaged. You may also be asked to complete a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form before a replacement can be issued.
